2. Intellectual Capital
All Aleruus strategic models, proprietary software, and tactical briefings are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized distribution of content from your alerus login dashboard is strictly prohibited.
3. Account Integrity
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. Ensuring that every alerus has login safety is the responsibility of the partner organization. Aleruus reserves the right to terminate access for protocol violations.
4. Limitation of Liability
Aleruus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our strategic insights. Our partnership is built on high-level guidance where final execution rests with the client.
